• Account details: your name, email address, company name, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Assessment content: the answers you submit and the evidence documents you upload for scoring.
• Billing records: purchase and credit history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To run your assessments and generate your reports and documents.
• To operate your account, process payments, and provide support.
• To secure the service and meet our legal obligations.

Your assessment results are private to your account. There is no public directory and we do not publish your results. We do not sell your personal data.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers, including object storage for uploaded evidence. We retain your content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

Your choices
