Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Registry. By creating an account or running an assessment, you agree to them.

What the service is

AI Registry is a structured self-assessment tool. You supply evidence about your AI product and our model scores it against the Tectra AI Product Readiness Model, producing a readiness level, a score, and improvement guidance. It is a readiness assessment, not certification. It is not an independent audit, not assurance, and we are not acting as your auditor. Results are AI-generated from the materials you submit and reflect a point in time.

Acceptable use

• Assess products your organisation is entitled to assess. Do not submit unlawful content or others' confidential material without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Payment

• Signing up is free and includes 1 free general assessment.
• Each further general assessment costs $25. Industry extensions are always a paid add-on. Re-running an assessment is a new charge.
• If an assessment fails to complete, the credit it consumed is restored to your account.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Registry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. Readiness results are guidance to help you prepare, not a guarantee of any outcome with a buyer or regulator.
